I would like to leave 5 stars but I just can't.  We had them do our roof.  Out of pocket mind you, no insurance and they did install that roof nicely but while doing the new roof they removed our gutter covers and we've waited over 1 month for them to put them back on and they still haven't.  We've reached out multiple times and gotten a response but not to our satisfaction.

I feel I have to qualify the 3 star review, ok I'll leave it at 4.  It was nice that they finally did get the gutter covers installed but that unfortunately is the issue here.  Whomever they contracted to add the gutter covers unfortunately missed the boat.  I will include some pictures to back up my concerns but in a nutshell they didn't know how to put them back on properly and they used sheet metal screws to screw into the gutters and then lifted up the shingles to force the covers under them.  They also put them on in a way that now the covers don't cover all of our rear gutters like they did previously.  Seeing all the screws they drilled into our gutters and the attempt to do a nice job I have to give some credit for not trying to totally botch the job but now we have to have them done again and we are hoping that they did not void the warranty on the roof etc.  ugh.  Did they compromise the starter strip integrity?  A person needs to know at the time of roof replacement if the "workers" don't feel comfortable with the sub contractors putting gutter guards back on.

Roof installment
Jake was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous with answering all my questions and helping me go through the process and steps needed to get a new roof put on. The roofing crew worked hard all day staying late to get the job done. They were courteous and did a great job with cleanup afterwards. They were also respectful of my property and even asked if I wanted them to put my owl (to keep the flickers away)back up on the roof for me which I greatly appreciated.
